Small-pack packaging for pesticide preparation export are characterized by diverse varieties, specifications and procedures, different client requirements, and difficult realization of automation and continuation, etc. To achieve the international level of pesticide packaging, the company has made joint efforts with packaging equipment manufacturers and has taken the lead in realizing fully automatic and clean liquid-preparation packaging, with the fully automatic packaging line being able to pack 36,000 small bottles per day, each having a volume of 1L.
The 100-200g fully automatic powder-preparation packaging adopts 4-level dedusting and air purification, with the clean level being at an advanced level in China. Four power-preparation packaging lines are able to pack about 50,000 small packs per day, each having a volume of 100g. |
