        The corporate liquid processing area, divided into to two parts, undertakes processing of such formulations as emulsifiable concentrate (EC), soluble liquid (SL), water suspension concentrate (SC), oil dispersion concentrate (ODC), flowable seed coating (FS), emulsion in water (EW), microemulsion (ME), suspoemulsion (SE), capsule suspension(CS),ultra-low volume spray (ULV) and so on..
 No.1 liquid processing area
        No.1 liquid processing area is designed with five SC production lines, and daily processing volume of each line is 6 kiloliters. According to the quantity of customer orders, big packages are used and the capacity of one container of about 6.7 meters is 16,000L. Processing and packaging of such quantity of goods can be completed within two days. Including purchasing period of technical materials, auxiliaries and packing materials, the delivery period is generally within 3-5 working days. In case of a large order, two production lines and daily output will double and delivery period will shorten by half. The third SC production line in progress can deal with processing of FS (red in general) of larger batches. Five SC production lines emphasize particularly on each aspect, and can deal with processing of the batches of 100L, 1,500L and 3,000L respectively. No matter a big order to 160 kiloliters of 10 containers or a small order to 50L to 100L, or simultaneous processing of several kinds of products, all customer demands can be met. As for an order less than 50L, the special customer demand will be satisfied with the testing machine in the corporate R&D Center.
 
 No.2 liquid processing area
        No. 2 liquid processing area currently has seven sets of EC and SC production lines, with total daily processing volume reaching about 60 kiloliters. The processing period of 200L large packages with a container of 16 kiloliters will be 1-2 days, while that of the small packages depends on the packing specification. For example, the deliver period of one container of goods packed in one-liter bottles is usually 3-5 working days from purchasing of technical materials, auxiliaries and packing materials to delivery.。

 OPTIMIZING AND IMPROVING SC, FS TECHNIQUE

        To improve the processing quality of SC and FS, the company continues to optimizing and improving production technique.
1.It combines jet stream mixing and shearing emulsifying together instead of single mixing or shearing, meanwhile supplements tube-type shearing to change the fineness and homogeneity of the materials before sanding and to greatly increase processing efficiency.
2.In the interim kettle, frequency-converting jet stream mixing is adopted to provide mixture before the material be sanded.
3.The material pumped out by the sand mill will be input into modulating through automatic delivering and metering device. In the phase of , the frequency-converting jet stream mixing and its vacuum device will offer technique condition for FS, SC viscosity making and film-forming mixing, Not only that, these measures can also prevent carbon dioxide and ammonia from ballooning in packaging bottle effectively.
4.To ensure SC, FS to be filled in the state of homogeneity and the paddle mixing will be the last step.
5.Advanced equipment including liquor vacuum delivery, pulse bag filter and water film dedusting system was used in the process of feeding will endure a clear production.
6.The jacket-type shearing kettle and refrigerating device will offer necessary technological conditions for the of low-melting-point active compound SC.
