 POWDER (GRANULE) PROCESSING
         Powder processing area is in charge of such powder formulation as WP, SP, WDG, WSG, DF, DS and WS, and it has three sets of powder production lines, and an annual production capacity of processing 2,000 tons of WP and SP and 1,000 tons of WDG has initially taken shape. One powder production line processes about 6 tons of powder daily, and the processing period for a container of 16 tons of goods packed in 25 kg is three days, and the delivery period is usually 3-7 working days plus procurement of technical material auxiliaries and packing materials. Powder processing area is connected with six sets of granule production apparatus, which can undertake tasks of water dispersible granules, such as boiling granulation, spray granulation and extrusion granulation. The daily processing capacity of cylindrical granule is about 5 tons, and the daily processing capacity of round granule is about 3 tons. Inner packing can meet the demand of processing capacity on packing, and the delivery period of one container is generally 5-7 working days.
 
 THE FIRST DOMESTIC COMPANY TO INTRODUCE THE MOST ADVANCED LIQUID AUTOMATIC SPRAY GRANULATOR IN THE WORLD
        The traditional fluidized granulating technique holds many disadvantages, such as intense dust pollution, small output and low rate of finished products, which hinder the development of pesticide preparations. To solve that, our company firstly introduces the international new technology of liquid spray granulation, and it has the following advantages: 1) Replacing wet grinding with dry grinding in order to eliminate dust pollution; 2) The granules will be produced by the continuous and automatic transport and the pressure spray system, and the granules will be sieved into finished products through the grading control system. The granules and powders will stay in the equipment for continuous granulation; 3) The whole granulation process will be completed in a closed environment. And, the powder can be controlled through cyclone separation, pulse cloth bag and wet dust removal to achieve cleaner production.
 
 THE DOMESTIC LEADING CONTINUOUS AND AUTOMATIC EXTRUDING GRANULATION TECHNOLOGY

Our company firstly achieves continuous, automatic and clean extruding granulation in the domestic pesticide preparations companies, and then gets into industrialization. The advantages of the new technology are as follows:
1) The traditional workshop technology of extruding granulation is changed, and the original sectional plane layout is altered into vertical, three-dimensional layout and automatic connection.
2) The powder diaphragm pump is applied to obtain clean feeding.
3) The kneader connects two feeding bins, two spiral feeding machines and two extruding granulators in two ways, and discharge port of granulator and fluid bed dryer are connected to achieve a continuous feeding, kneading, granulation and drying.
4) The fluid bed dryer may achieve continuous drying with adjustable temperature and controllable speed. And, it also connects with automatic sieving machine to achieve continuous drying, sieving and sorting.
5) The fluid bed dryer is able to connect with cyclone separator, pulse-type and water-film dusters to ensure cleaner production.
6) The efficiency of extruding granulation is 3-5 times higher than current domestic equipments, and the granule size range can reach 0.5-1.0 mm.

 
 15 YEARS AHEAD OF FELLOW COMPETITORS IN CLEAN PRODUCTION OF POWDER

Our company’s powder production technique and clean production rank first in the leading domestic level. In recent years, we have attracted 200 domestic pesticide enterprises to visit our company.
1. 17m-high vertical layout met the requirements of technology of clean powder production.
2. The powder diaphragm pump and electronic pulse dedusting storage bin ensure cleaning feeding.
3. The agravic mixing device is connected with feeding dust pelletizing system and pipeline dust pelletizing system, which can ensure full and clean mixing of materials, comparing with traditional double screw.
4. The smashing system is equipped with two-stage pulse-type cloth bag and water film for dust extraction, these measures ensuring the clean production of powder effectively.
5. Horizontal double-screw automatic laying-off device can realize the automatic packing at the size of 25 kg and clean laying-off and delivery through connecting with mobile powder storage bin device and packing machine.
6. A negative pressure design is located in the operating area and the air exhausted will be discharged after three-stage purification.

 
 CONTROL OF CROSS CONTAMINATION IN THE PROCESS OF POWDER PROCESSING
In the process of powder processing, the cross contamination should be strictly controlled between pesticide, fungicide and herbicide, between herbicide varieties in different crops and between pre-seeding and post-seeding herbicides of the same crop, otherwise, serious consequence will be brought to pesticide application. For this, we will strictly control the cross contamination from the following links: (1) Isolate the production line of pesticide and fungicide with that of herbicide and realized the shunt between people and logistics. (2) The storage, processing transition area, sub-packaging operation and packages of technical materials are isolated in partition. (3) Strictly clean the equipment system and processing area when changing the variety. (4) After leaving the workshop, the operation workers must be subject to the air shower system, with dust purification rate on work clothes and shoes able to reach above 99%. Our company has been engaged in pesticide export processing for nearly 10 years and no cross contamination accident has occurred.
