RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF GRANULE

In recent years, water dispersible granule (WDG) developed vastly because of its high content (generally it is 50%-80%), high density ratio, small size, convenience in packing, storing and transporting, no dust in use, low environment pollution, good effect and good storage stability and has been the leading agent type replacing the WP. WDG is the fastest developed agent type with most categories of our company. We have already had more than 150 categories for exporting including some difficult WDG products.

NEW GRANULE FORMULATION—EMULSIFIABLE GRANULE (EG)

　　Emulsifiable granule is the high-end type integrated advantages of both the WDG and EC. This type of agent is made by emulsifying the liquid active compound or active compound of low melting point with water-soluble polymer or water-soluble carrier, malaxation and granule forming. This type of agent will become milky liquid when dissolving in water so it is also called solidified missible oil. As this type of agent uses no solvent, it is called environment friendly type.
1. Preparation technology: Thoroughly mix and emulsify the active compound, emulsifier and soluble polymer for this emulsion and then add water-soluble carrier into this emulsion for malaxation, finally implement the granule forming process by squeezing, finished product of emulsifiable granule is done.
2. Requirement on the active compound: The active compound shall be the liquid active compound or active compound of low melting point (melting point lower than 70℃), the active constituent of the emulsifiable granule shall not exceed 30%.
3.The emulsifiable granule products products we can processing for export including cyhalothrin 15% EG, propiconazole 20% EG, permethrin 10% EG, tri-allate 10% EG, flusilazole 20% EG, chlorpyrifos 30% EG, cypermethrin 20% EG, ethylicin 20% EG, benthiocarb 20% EG and so on.

EMULSIFIABLE POWDER (EP, DP)

1) EP is a new pesticide powder formulation becoming milky liquid after being dispersed in water, and it is the powder of loose appearance and desirable fluidity formed by melting or diluting the active ingredients of pesticides into organic solvent and emulsifier before absorption mixing carrier through pressure spray, such as Malathion 50% EP, Fenitrothion 50% EP, Cypermethrin 15% EP and so on.

POWDER SEED DRESSING (WS, DS)

Powder seed dressing (WS, DS) is composed of insecticide, fungicide, and trace elements, plant growth regulator, film forming agent, dispersing agent, controlled release agent, filler, etc, its processing method is similar to powder formulation. Wet seed dressing (WS) is a kind of seed treatment that diluted by right amount water, dry seed dressing (DS) can be used to seed dressing directly before sowing, comprehensive prevention and control plant diseases and insect pests in seedling stage, it can save the pesticide dose, manpower and time, and it is favorable to the environment protection. The main varieties of WS and DS we can processing for export are as follows: Imidacloprid 70% WS, Chlorpyrifos + Thiram 25%+25% WS, Imidacloprid + Thiram 35%+10% WS, Imidacloprid + Metalaxyl 20%+10% WS, Metalaxyl-M + Thiamethoxam + Difenoconazole 20%+20%+2% WS, Imidacloprid + Thiram + Metalaxyl 10%+10%+10% WS, Imidacloprid + Thiram 25%+20% WS, Imidacloprid + Tebuconazole 5%+0.4% WS, Metalaxyl-M + Imidacloprid + Tebuconazole 20%+20%+2% WS, Thiamethoxam 70% WS; Carbosulfan 35% DS, Difenoconazole 3% DS, Imidacloprid+Metalaxyl 20%+20% DS, Tebuconazole 2% DS, Bronopol 10% DS, Imidacloprid+Metalaxyl + Anthraquinone 20%+20%+5% DS, Thiram + Metalaxyl 41%+9% DS.
